What is the return policy?
Given the custom nature of our work, all sales are considered final. If your shipment arrives with a defect or error, please notify our team within 48 hours to start a replacement claim.
Can I edit my order once placed?
We offer two digital proofing rounds for custom work. Once you authorize the design and production begins, no further edits are possible due to the permanent physical nature of our process.
What is the shipping duration?
Standard shop goods leave within 5 days. Custom orders typically take 10–15 business days after design sign-off; larger bespoke pieces may take 2–4 weeks, though specific material requests can alter this estimated timeframe. Express service may be available—please include your deadline in your inquiry. Shipping time is additional.
